Glad I bought mine last year, brand spanking new for $2500.
You cant get a better aircraft for under 10k these days unless you go to some
tubing and rags ultralight that has an engine big enough to fly a Volkswagon.
Even THAT is hard to find for less than 10K
The options are a powered paraglider, maybe a Trike, or build it yourself on the cheap out of wood or tubing.
Lazairs airframe lasts a long time and is maintainable by non mechanics, engines are relatively cheap in our size range and when your going low and slow in an ultralight you might as well go in something stylish that draws a crowd, and be able to relax and enjoy the view.
