OK,

My wife does not read this site ( I don't think so?)...

Lets not talk about problems, right, on the other hand
thinking about "what if" before hand might save some
bacon.

After reading about a fellow pilot sinking - with floats,
I have been thinking about possible scenarios. My floats
may or may not be ready this year, BTW a local pilot
said to me that I should consider the option of ditching
by shore if it ever becomes necessary. We have lots of lakes
and no open spaces.

Would the best procedure be to hold her off a little high (3' +-)
and try to stall her (read MUSH) in tail low as possible???

Trying to avoid flipping.
