Ditto as with Russell, i have a series one, there is only one series 3 that i know of here in Australia. so others more closer to you qualified to comment.
I suppose you got it at those bargain prices i keep seeing.? One thing i know for sure is that you will eventually receive the answers to your questions by a bunch of dedicated lazair ownes. I would never had been able to rebuild mine without their help.

Hey Newbie, there is one thing I can interject here that is universal to all Lazairs. Don't fly on windy days! If you must, make sure you have pleeeeenty of room! I can send pictures supporting that advice.
