Brians ad here at the for sale thread- hate to see an ad start with Life has gotten in the way :( I`m looking for the money Brian

Life has gotten in the way, and I have decided to sell CICUN. I've had the airplane for 7 years now and thoroughly enjoyed it.
It was rebuilt in 2003 including covering with aircraft fabric using the Hypec process. Fabric is in very good condition. The airplane was stored inside for most of the time. It spent the past three summers outside.
There's 108 hours on it since the rebuild and I do not know the history prior. I have complete logs of all times and repairs since that time.
The engines were rebuilt last winter with new seals, bearings, rings and gaskets. The carbs were completely rebuilt and new points, condensers were installed. The engines have 4 hours since rebuild and run very strong.
It has a Mike M. pod on it which greatly improves performance and comfort and I also have a set of skis for it.
I will include the airspeed indicator and altimeter - both hang gliding type that work just fine.
I have invested $4000.00 in the airplane, and simply want to cover my investment. I'm sure it's worth more, but I'm not interested in making a profit. I had many great flights in the plane and I just want it to go to someone who'll enjoy it as I have.
It doesn't require any work or repairs and is still being flown.
It is tied down at Edenvale Aerodrome near Stayner ON.

Yeah, I know I'll miss it. But my son's getting older and we simply have too many interests. I am finishing my replica Jenny project as I will need a two seater so that I can take my boy with me. I'm into year six on that project. Who knows how much longer it will take. The Lazair just isn't getting used enough and that's no good for either me or the plane.
I doubt if there is a nicer plane for low and slow flying than the Lazair.

I received an e-mail from some guy in Pakistan wanting to know how to build a lazair. So I referred him to this web site. Next thing I know, this website gets hacked into. So does that mean some undesirable third-party got all our for personal information. It sure was a weird thing to see -- it all seemed very boastful and arrogant and for no purpose - ?

Subject: A message from Safiullah Tariq

You have received the following message through the Contact Us form on your Microsoft Office Live Small Business Web site:

From: Safiullah Tariq

I require some help. Is there a possibility that I can get Lazair plans from somewhere?

I really wanted to build that.

Best Regards

This is the second time the site has been hacked. The first about 6 weeks ago. Different but similar.
i can't see how someone contacting you would be the cause. All they would have to do to find the site is to simply google 'lazair'.
have you tried to reply to this guy again. he may be quite genuine.
Has anyone started to recieve lots of spam in the last week.
I think it may be just a bunch of hackers competing with each other. ie one got around the site defence then set a challenge for others to do it.
maybe the site owner has more info.
(high and dry)
