this one will not turnover-- but I need to get back to the brake job and put the new engines to the side for a while. I'll certainly want to inspect the cranks and bearings, CDI, compression check and compression valves.

remember standard practice with AN bolts:
- put a washer under those nuts
- use longer bolts now to account for bracket. you should always have at least 1 thread showing outside the nut.

those bolts are too short and skipping the washer only damages your newly painted bracket.

Hi Tyler

I will be finding longer bolts, grade five or better and I should add that I still need to make a shim to go in between the painted bracket and the aluminum.

Anybody know any good deals on AN hardware.

The A&P`s that I learned from always recommended three threads showing and never less than one.

Still seems like a lot of fabricating before the brake handles and the throttle cables are connected to the brakes and the engines.

Still looking at some way to incorporate the brake handles in to the control stick.
