What exactly is a virgin wing? Original D cell or one that has been made up ?

It this a original D- cell from Ultralfight?
And it so shall I assume a series 2 ?
If not, what series or is it possible that these are some homemade ones, which is ok as long as they were built correctly.

I sold these D-cells to Bill in the hopes of him building the series II, but he's decided to not persue the lazair.
They are "new old stock" and have the 0.020" skin and L bracket stiffeners under the sparcaps. These D-cells were meant for a 2-seater and have never seen air time - they laid dormant in North Bay for about 20 years.
A real find. i wish i had the cash to buy them back.
