ya i saw that one! interesting:
- not a series III, but rather an upgraded series II probably
- i don't know if i believe the data plate, that one was reported destroyed by snaps
- skinny pushrods
- mylar covering

but nice new props and pants and old props etc. good price so far :)

The plane is a Series 3. Early produced Series 3's had the skinny rods. I know of one here exactly the same that was also built in 83. The plane may very well have been damaged in a snowstorm but remember it wasn't a big deal to order parts (whole D-cells, tubes, ribs, ect) back then. Anyway here is a chance for someone to have a good old Lazair and it comes with carbon P-tips...Bonus !

are they carbon or just wood painted black? the insides of the hubs look woody
