for any one interested here is the tapes that i used in the recovering of my Lazair

Husky 130 all weather tape 48mm x 50mtr 2 rolls needed

3m 4950 D/S VHB foam 25mm x 33mtr 1 roll needed

Tesa 4965 double sided polyester tape 12mm x 50mtr 3 rolls needed

3m 850 silver foil tape 25mm 1 roll needed.

Why didn't you use 3M VHB F-9469PC film tape to attach the covering rather than the Tesa tape ?

i would have had to buy a whole box (20 rolls). the tesa tape worked great. and a little cheaper without compromise.
