Sorry Shannon, there was never any Lazair 4 in the works.

Looks like any ambitions I have for a new Lazair are on the back burner for a while. Have to make some money again before I spend it on Lazairs.

I am however working this winter on an electric Lazair conversion. 20 minute flights once a week are all I need and bye bye engine hassles. Expensive outlay though but hope to get costs including battery replacement to about $20/hr and that will come down.

Ola, just can't justify taking time and resources to make parts right now, ask for help and I'm sure you will get it or referred to a source.

i can understand that you don`t have the time to make the parts yourself but there must be a company in usa/canada that can make the parts for you or a privat person that are willing to do it for you.

best regards.

Ola exactly what parts do you need. I gather you have wings with damaged box sections ect.. ? Do you have any pictures of the damage ?

Looks as though to me someone has reinforced the cracked area from underneath with some additional metal.

Agree, looks like that one obvious crack was stop drilled and a rivet was placed in the hole.
