Since the two-place spends so much time on it's nose wheels I need to replace my old plastic ones. I've seen a bounch of wheels out there that people have been using, but what exactly are they? So far, it looks like Azusa wheels or even some scooter wheels. I like the electric scooter wheel option, but their diameter is 12.5 inches and I need something that's 12 inches or less. If you have something different than the stock nose wheel on your Lazair, what is it?
Thanks,
Dave

Here's one of those scooter wheels. But I believe that it's just a bit too big.

You might try Sun Metals. They are the same company that made the original wheels for my series 1.

Thanks for the good ideas guys. The idea of something very close to the original is very appealing to me, but I am concerned about durability on pavement. I think that the hand truck wheels may work out nicely and they should be nice and light too.
Got my AN4-80A bolts in the other day for the long bolt mod......$65. Ouch!

I like the simplicity of the OEM plastic nosewheel, but I'll be operating off of a paved surface from time to time. Since a two place spends so much time on the nose wheels, I have decided to go with some Azusa nylon wheels.

I would give credit to some wheelchair wheels f you could get some cheap
most will hold 300 lbs or so laod rating i think
nose wheels likely never see even 50 each unless you wheelbarrowing.
