That must have really felt good. The last time I got to fly in the winter was in the Flat Head valley, just south of Polsen Mt. I was using one ski.

I'll add my 'happy new year' to everyone. We are having a very wet christmas downunder. raining in a lot of places that really need it. welcome relief to the usually hight temps that drain everyone over summer.
Here is to a great 2010 with lots of safe flying for all.

Happy New Year from us her in New York too. Hey Oz the fireworks in Sidney were great.

We watched the Sydney fireworks on TV. Too many people for me. Absolute chaos. Most people get to the best vantage points and set up camp the day before They put on a smaller display for the kids at 9pm. Very lucky with the rain.
During the day the TV televised each city around the world live. Damm if i could have fun in sub zero temps. I mean how can you kiss a chicky babe at midnight when you can't feel your face.
