Here is pic #4 . I guess the pic size needs to be under 70K bytes.

Some damage but nothing that can't be fixed fairly quick. I've delt with damage nearly identical to this myself. The box section is toast so I personally would get a whole new one and start over from scratch (and root rib too). The damaged foam rib can be "rebuilt" (Dave can maybe give you pointers on rib making) and the trailing edge is easily replaced. As far as the D-cell skin damage/dents those can be "cosmetically" repaired with overlying skin doublers. As long as the spar itself isn't warped or krinkled you are in good shape. The D-cell(s) need to be completely opened up with this extent of damage too. If the rest of the plane is in good shape then it's all definitely worth the effort. Getting started is the hardest part and many guys can't seem to cross that boundary.

Shannon, the spar has not been damaged, so I have a good starting point. On the box section I will replace RSB,RS,F34,G12 and rerivet the leading edge mount. I was also debaiting updating the box with the strengtheners and long bolt mod. (although it is not necesary with the 277.) R8 and RST looks clean so I'm not going to touch them so I can keep the wing aligned.

Sounds like a plan. I'd probably upgrade the items along the lines of what George did on his wings. He added the wing attach fitting doubler angle, motor mounts, R-8 doubler, and box section strengtheners.
