Lets get a look at that light in the day time. It's hard to get a grip on exactly what you have there as the picture is too dark...

Will the Wing D CELL be as strong as normal?

at the end of the day, flight safety is the responsibility of everyone. But, you have to examine it with a grain of salt at the same time. I've flown a few damaged planes back to the repair shop - were they airworthy? depends on the perspective. I have no problem with a quick flight from point to point to get an airplane to a maintenance base. This happens all the time, with the aircraft in a condition that would make the uninformed go pale. But, the responsibility rests with the experience of the pilot - there are regulations governing this aspect of flying even for certified aircraft. So, with ultralights, if you feel you have the experience to make the call about flying an aircraft that needs some attention, then I say that's fine.

Really, I see no problem with this transaction. Do you honestly think the purchaser has been flying around the patch in an as-is condition? probably not. If he is, then its shame on him, and not on Randy.

tyler -- stick up for randy cause he sold you the pod.

Guy a arrogant idiot.

He a liar plain and simple.

point is he was advised that there was issues and he said there was not.

Well how could he sleep " not knowing" if it was right or wrong?

the nose ribs area n"integral part" of the D cell and with out then ( all but 2 or 3) your D cell would be severly weaker.

Who exhibits the more stupidity ?

--The unknownily BUYER?

--OR THE KNOWINGLY SELLER?

LOL and it was wind damage the seller said.

on the floor in tears !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
