Hi tommyb,
As far as changing the sick position, I really don't see why this is a problem. The way I look at it, you have more ground clearance with over head stick, it is easier to get into a Lazair with overhead stick(especially if you put an enclosure on your plane), less moving parts with overhead stick (quicker to dismantle and reassemble). The over head stick works exactly like the stick between the legs and it does not take long to get used to it. My friend has the stick between the legs and I have first hand knowledge about this. I would be very satisfied with owning a series 2 Lazair. Excellent flying machine. Hope this helps. Daffy

gonna be alot of work and materials
axle is differnt
aileron control rods running up back of strut.

you need tube and rod ends.

prolly a weekend project if you have one to compare too

IMO only -- not worth the effort but a wider axle stance is an asset and worth it.

do you have rudder pedals now ?

what you have imo works and no hassles--

if i may ask What is the reasoning behind this ?
