Wow, it's in worse shape than I thought. Maybe it will look better when the weeds are chopped off of it.

serial numbers people! shannon, airdale, do you know what kits these are?
and airdale, snatch that lazair up and get it flying again! nothing better than hearing about a rescued lazair, keep up the good work! if i can't have it i'm glad someone else can.

Thanks for all of the encouragement. Where is the best place to look for the serial numbers? I thought that it would be on the data plate, but I'm not sure thats it. I can also get my brothers series three serial number.

I'll bet this owner would not even notice that the plane is missing
Its not even damaged, although the motors probably need a teardown and rebuild.
Better bring a chainsaw to help extract the trees from it.
