I think rotors made from stainless would work just fine. The
original aluminum rotors are a bit weak in my opinion. They wear and
warp after 20 years or so. Weight may not be a huge issue here with
rotors made from stainless. Weight reduction holes would help to
vent some of the enormous heat generated when stopping your Lazair
however. Heehee
