No stones, Shorty, just making a light hearted comment on Ray's perceptive description of you here on the board.

Because you have ASKED OVER AND OVER about Tedlar on this site, I thought the picture of my neighbor Matthew Lesko (http://www.mlesko.com/g2/store.htm) in his custom suit was kind of fitting.

If anyone on this site thinks I was being ugly and "throwing stones" at you, I hope they speak up here and set me straight.

Shorty, for someone that has made it his practice here to rag incessantly on certain people, you sure have thin skin!

Shorty,

I'm not sure if you are referring to me and the picture above of the roll of Tedlar I have for my private use. As I recall, someone (you?) asked about the specific Tedlar formual used. Well, if you look at the Dupont site and read the specs you will see this formula TUT20BG3 is ideal for our application as it's adherable on both sides (good since we use tape on both sides) and has the highly coveted UV rating, and I can only assume it should match the original formual, but since we don't have that exact information, this is the formual I choose.

Hello Ozzie,

I have my tail completely covered in Tedlar, shrunk and finished taped with exceptional results. The wings are taped, covered in Tedlar but the weather turned off cold so I wanted to wait to shrink and finish tape it untill it warmed up a bit. I will be covering the tips in 1.7oz Poly-Fiber.

In the mean time I'm spending time putting together my instrument pods and have just finished up the 4-point Inertia Rell shoulder harness system I've been developing with Am-Safe specifically for the Lazair, and it has turned out really nice too. I'll be posting photos and info on that project shortly.
