LAZAIR Flying Model Kit?

I'm always looking for a new subject to model, and it seems to me the LAZAIR would make an excellent subject with the new electric motors on the market.

It looks like a floater as a free flight model, and with the offset thrust of 2 engines, a simple R/C unit would work - power on/off/left/right.

Anybody?

Hi Ed,

An old friend of mine has been very busy building Electric RC's (over 200 last time I asked). I had gone out to see some of his early ones several years ago. Then, a year ago I saw some of his latest electrics fly. It was incredible how far they have come, and the outrageous level of performance being achieved now.

An electric Lazair model would be VERY cool. Each engine would have to be independently controlled, though, to be totally realistic!
