Do you know anyone there in Sweden that has experiance with Radne Motor AB in Haninge ( http://www.radne.se/Store/Product/Produ ... tNo=3201-4 ) or thier Raket 120 Aero Es-Rd

Raket 120 Aero ES-RD complete engine with a built-in reduction drive.

Raket 120 ES-RD is developed for paramotors and it is prepared for propeller mounting

Thanks - yes I would like to know if anyone has used the engine I`m looking at with a puller propeller set up.

You can get the plane going by summer (or late summer) Dave but boy you are really going to have to stay on it. What usually happens is just about the time you are making good progress some unexpected crap pops up.

miles,i have spoken to radne motor in stockholm and i got a number to a guy calld fredrik ivarsson i calld him up and he said he has bougt several engines from radne motor(raket 120 aero es-rd) and he had no problems at all.the engine is build in sweden(no italian crap)because we are the best poeple in the world it can`t go wrong on a lazair :D .if you are intrested you can get the tel number so you can call them.

thanks for checking on the engine for me -- true about the Swedish engines their reputation is well established through Saab, in aircraft and automobiles.

I hope to order two of their engines sometime this spring and if there's something that they can do that would help me out it would be to have a schematic of the mounting holes for the case of their engine, so that I can design a new engine mount for the Lazair.
