Tillotson Carb Kits

Found Tillotson carb kits for the HL229 carburetor for the Rotax 185 at a decent deal. The part number is RK-90-HL is OEM and is $11.84. They are in the Southern US (Alabama) Link: http://www.outdoordistributors.com/Till ... earch.html
Mine came with diaphragms, needle, and seat.

Heads up !

According to these links RK-90-HL "repair kit" is for the HL 229-E&F model carbs.

For the HL 229-A's it shows we need "repair kit" RK-105HL

You may want to give EC carburetors a call and see what they are getting for a "complete" overhaul kit.

A complete kit should include things like the o-rings for the jet needles, new jet springs, diaphragm lever and spring, brass check-valve, brass needle-seat washer, welch plugs, needle-seat, diaphragm, all gaskets, inlet fuel screen, cork turret gasket, plastic inlet turret ect...

You are correct about those part numbers, however my carbs are the F models, so my part number should be right, also that part number does include everything such as the needle, seat, diaphragms and port plugs and is OEM Tillotson. On top of the carb flange is the correct part number which is what we all need to verify before ordering anything.
