I have somme free time for the comming month and I would like to work on my LAZAIR.

Does any of you guys, ever had to, or know how to shape the outboard portion of the leading edge.
I have been at it for some times with fairly good resuts on the first one but I was thinking that there might be a beter way to shape these than slowly shaping by clamping and bending.
I am just wondering what procedure was the company using to shape them at the time of production?
The out board portion of my wing's leading edges are not built right and the bend was put at the wrong located on the sheet metal that formes the leading edge which gave too short materiel at the bottom and too long on top to reach the spare. they were assembled like that and this gave a bad incidence to the wing tips and a twist in the spare.
I would love to put some pictures but I do not know how.
Thank you for your support.

to post a photo is prettty straight forward, hit the 'reply' button down near the 'add reply' button you will see the ' browse 'button, click that, select the photo from the file that you keep the photo in and click the photo. the photos name will appear in the window at 'browse' button, add text if required and then hit 'add reply'. bit of practise gets it right
make sure the photo is under 97mb

Let me show you what I mean buy not square.
you see the spare is twisted.on the picture that I just posted.
it is due to a wrong bend location on the leading edge.

You can see on this one, the sticks I have attached to the bottom of the leading edge. if you look closely you will see that They are two sticks and they dont ligne up. So incidence is not right.
